Order & Delivery Information

• All weekend orders and orders placed on Friday after 3pm are dispatched the following Monday.
• If you’ve received a dispatch notification but are unable to track your parcel, please allow until 9pm the same day for it to be scanned into our courier network.
• If your order has been returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it will be held by our courier for up to three weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or redelivery until the item is received back at our warehouse.
